Bob's British cousin, Susan, came to the United States for an extended visit. She was happy to get away from the family's sheep farm. While shopping at a local farmer's market, she bought English breakfast tea and some watercress, so she could introduce her American cousin to her British favorite, watercress sandwiches. Watercress grew wild on her farm and was a common ingredient on the menu. 1. During the visit, Susan developed a fever and abdominal pain.
