You have obtained a bacterial sample that has about 1.0 x108 cells/mL. Three serial10-2 dilutions were made with letheen broth, thefinal dilution was plated and incubated at room temperaturefor 14 days. On day 0, 95 CFU were found, day 7 37 CFU found, day14 33 CFU found.
