A. researcher wants to screen the various clonal knockout cell lines he made with CRISPR-Cas9.
He prepared the samples for TIDE analysis, however he forgot to include the wild-type cell line.
Will he still be able
to screen his clones? Explain your answer. If he prepared his samples for Miseq without a wild type cell line, will he be able to screen his clones for a knock out cell line? Explain your answer.
