DNA Sequencing Exercise ; DNA polymerase dGTP, dATP, dTTP,dCTP H20 plus buffer The 2 single stranded DNAs shown below In 4tubes: label 1 st tube as ddGTP, 2 nd tube as ddATP, 3 rd as ddTTPand 4 th tube as ddCTP. In each of these tubes, add a tiny amountof the dd nucleotide on the label. Allow DNA polymerase reactionsto complete and pipet some of each with glycerol into each well.Run the gel and show where the resulting bands will be.
