In a June 2019 paper, Moody’s Analytics supposedly proposed that Canada would benefit from climate change. Other analysts, on the other hand, argued that the benefits could not outweigh the costs of climate change. What would your position be on the matter -- Do you agree with the analysis that Canada would benefit? Or do you take the position that the costs of climate change outweigh any benefits?
