Are those two formulas correct for finding reactive power and capacitor value to compensate for power factor? While: 1- KVAR means Q (reactive power) 2- Pnom is S (apparent power) 3- 2.5MW is the Real power R 4- Vnom is voltage and Fnom is frequency =50 4-C is the capacitance ........... If they are wrong then why and whats the correction?
