Lab Sheet
Introduction
Alternating current (AC) circuits employ sinusoidally varying
voltages and currents which means that they change directions
periodically at a fixed frequency. In Malaysia, the standard
frequency if 50 Hz. In this lab, the behaviour of resistors,
capacitors and inductors in a circuit with an AC source will be
studied. The relationship between current and voltage when these
elements are connected in an AC circuit will then be analysed.
