87-year-old male presents with feeling "not right," middle of
the summer in Phoenix, he is currently on furosemide for heart
failure (CHF). Vital signs are a heart rate of 98 bpm and
irregular, blood pressure is 100/78 all other vitals insignificant.
Tenting is noted as four seconds.
