will receive an antibiotic (t1/2 = 7h, V = 23% BW) by IV
infusion. A therapeutic concentration (Cpss) of 10 µg/mL is
desired. If the total body clearance declined 50% due to partial
renal failure, what new infusion rate would you recommend to
