construction models of disabilities providing an example to
illustrate each. (the example should not be the explanation.) the
explain/discuss why international class of functioning, disability
and health model is more appropriate.
2. Taking section 504 of the rehabilitation act of 1973, the
Americans with disabilities act 1990 (ADA), and the individuals
with disabilities education act of 1990 (IDEA), describe two
similarities among all these laws. Then discuss what these mean for
you as a regular physical education teacher. (Free Education does
not count as a similarity.)
