The healthcare organization nowadays is a diversified and

an environment to deliver a high quality of care that emphasis

innovation are part of the culture. And since healthcare delivery
of care focus in a varied group, the need for evidence-based
approach is required. This concept enhances health excellence,
improves patient outcomes, reduce cost, and empowers clinicians

learning of new and high innovations and focuses on developing a
positive environment. Organizational culture also promotes
understanding, respect, and trust among employees, promoting a
healthy team environment. People tend to work together with
purpose, Knowing that they Have a transparent culture that unifies
employees and promotes organized work structures.
Strategies that can promote an environment that emphasizes the
implementation of evidence-based practices include team
collaboration. Challenging tasks that face organizations mostly
require the expertise of people with disparate views and
backgrounds to create cross-fertilization that sparks insight and
innovation. Quality teamwork is associated with the quality and
safety of care delivery systems, so it is essential to build a bond
