please help me with the case below, should we case report the side effect? and why ? what is the mechanism?
60 year-old Sara visits a pharmacy where you work at and She wants to get her medicines ASpirin and colcrys for gout that she has had for the past 3 years.
You notice that she scratches her torso very often.

You ask if she had any dose changes of her gout medications or if her joint pain has worsened, she answers no.
she then mentions that for several years she has been injected with adlimumab as she has the disease 1rheumatoid .
she also adds that she has recently been given a high bloodfat medicine (atrovastatin10mg) once a day
