3. Suppose that f is a function so that: D(1,0) |(1, 2) = 4, D(0,1f (1, 2) = 8 2 2 و But if we let ū (1/V10, 3/V10) we have Düf(1, 2) = 6. 6. Why does this mean that f is definitely not differentiable at (1, 2)? (HINT: If f were differentiable, we could use the gradient to get the directional derivative. What would we expect Duf(1, 2) to be in that case?)
