A fair coin is flipped until tail (i.e. number) shows up. Then,
the player receives 4n€ where n is the number of times the coin has
been flipped. Thus, n−1 times the flip showed heads and the last
flip showed tail. Compute the expected payoff of this lottery game
if the lottery ends after a maximum of 9 flips.
