Use Figure 2.107 (b) on p. 71 for this problem, but change the 80 Ω resistor to a 40 Ω resistor and
add an independent current source with value 3A pointing down between points a and b. T hen
use series and parallel combinations to reduce this to a single node-pair circuit (or simpler) to find
the voltage across the 40 Ω resistor (+ reference on top). Then, " undo" the combinations (as in the
