IGNORE THIS LINE Problem 4. Consider the system of Fig. 4. (a) Determine the range of K for stability. Consider both positive and negative values of K. (b) Suppose just for the purposes of this question, that the system accurately models a ship steering system, with the closed-loop system input being the wheel position controlled by the 1 person at the helm and the output being the position of the ship.
