a. Explain the MARS model of individual behaviour (20 marks)
b. Scenario:
Roger is a fresh graduate who had joined a medical equipment
company as a salesperson. He is very motivated and enthusiastic
about his job. He had been provided with sufficient resources to do
his job but only few trainings were done for him due to
restructuring of the organization that had took place which had
affected his performance.
Analyse this scenario based on the MARS model of individual
behaviour (10 marks)
