Physical Literacy is moving with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole person. ... They understand how to be active for life and are able to transfer competence from one area to another.
2. How does being physically literate benefit the whole person? Think of all the possible benefits of being physically literate.

3. Create a one-page newsletter article about someone that you consider to be a “Physical Literacy Champion.” Include a photograph of the individual and descriptions or visuals of the activities that your champion likes to pursue. Summarize why this person is an excellent role model.
