What is the ACA's "Individual Mandate" and what is the
rationale for this mandate?
In Texas v. the United States, the Fifth
Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the Texas District Court
ruling to invalidate the entire ACA. Describe how this case relates
to the Individual Mandate. (Note that the Atlantic article posted
in this week's readings provides a good overview)
