I need to come up with a nursing diagnosis and care plan for
stress management as a nursing student. Here is what it said in the
description....Come up with a nursing diagnosis for yourself
regarding your personal care behaviors. It can be a
problem-focused, risk, or health promotion nursing diagnosis.
I have done care plans for patients but not a care plan for
myself. Any advice or suggestions for a nursing diagnosis
would be much appreciated!
