JK is a 39-year-old female, who was admitted to the ER after 2
episodes of seizures and currently requires acute IV therapy using
Cerebyx. She requires a 1500 mg LD followed by 500 mg IV q 8 hrs
for 6 doses then transition to oral therapy. His albumin level was
3.5 g/dL, and SCr was 0.9 mg/dL. Calculate for the PE dose for all
administrations. IV Bolus Maintenance Infusion X 6 doses.
