Public Health Education / Design Choice Choose any 2 vitamins and any 2 minerals. Create an infographic, pamphlet, or brochure to educate about your chosen vitamins and minerals. Include the following information: • The common name and technical name, if it's a vitamin (for example: common name is vitamin B6, technical name is pyridoxal phosphate) • At least 2 functions in the body: these can be o general (ex, "important for making molecules") or o more specific (ex, "activates enzymes that remove amine from amino acids") or o super specific (ex, "part of tryptophan synthase"). • But, if you include specific functions, be sure to explain the general function as well; for example, "part of many enzymes, including tryptophan synthase, that are all important for building molecules in the body." • Several good sources: if it is limited to TYPES of food sources (for example-only from animal foods), include that information • Common causes of deficiency Symptoms of deficiency • Whether toxicity is known; if so, symptoms of toxicity Any other interesting tidbits you would like to include. • Please gear this toward the educated general public, and try to make it .

FYl- as far as tech support, you will be on your own. I don't have any infographic-making skills! • Create a drawing and upload it • Create a video explainer and upload it, if you know how to do this and have software available If you really like the idea of this project but don't feel knowledgable enough about software, or don't feel like you have the drawing skills, print pictures from the web or cut them out from magazines, and make a collage the old-fashioned way! Take a picture and upload. It does not need to be fancy! Focus on learning and teaching, not o
