1) The United States has a lower life expectancy compared to
similar countries. Much of this disparity, though not all, can be
explained by lower life expectancy in in those of lower
socioeconomic status. How can public health address this? How can
we change our system to better serve the most vulnerable?
2) The United States is becoming more diverse in terms of
race/ethnicity and immigration status. How can public health
address the needs of a changing population? What needs to
change?
