1) Explain why lipids are insoluble in polar solvents.
2) Aside from their sources and physical states in room
temperature, how else do oils and fats differ?
3) What are simple and mixed triacylglycerols and where is each
more prevalent? What are trans fats?
4) Explain how these are considered less healthy than typical
unsaturated fatty acids.
