A patient came to you with a complaint of pain in 36 and 37 area. The patient said that the pain started 5 days ago and claims that she cannot sleep because of the sharp and throbbing pain on the area during the firt two nights. She took mafenamic acid, 500 mg every 6 hours for two days to relieve the pain. There is still pain when she bites.
Upon clinical examintion this is what you found out.
a. Make a chart of the teeth using ICDAS. (do not include sound tooth anymore, only DMF) 15 pts
b. Evaluate the 36 and 37 according to DRI. Rationalize. (refer to the radiograph) 10 pts
c. Make your treatment plan. 5 pts
