determine the rate at which it is to infuse
1. Vancomycin Dose 2g in 250 ml IVPB
2. Ertapenem (Ivanz) Dose 1 G in 100 mL 0.9% Sodium Chloride
IVPB
3. Cefotaxime Dose: 1G in 100 mL 0.9% Sodium Chloride
