During her physical assessment you notice unusual red circles on her chest and her mom tells you it was a rash. Presently, Mary is complaining of her legs hurting. 3. Miss E, 81 year old, admitted with a warm area on her lower leg. History of broken hip a month ago. Two days ago, her leg began to hurt, became red, warm, and swollen. 4. Mr. F, 28 year old, admitted with angina and complications of shortness of breath when exercising. He says he becomes dizzy and then faints if he "pushes himself too hard."
