R(T) = 450 22 at 20 °C, ao = 0.005 /°C and Pp = 30 mW/°C at 20 °C. Both resistors R, and Rz are identical fixed resistors with a value of 500 12, while R3 is a variable resistor. If the RTD is placed in a bath with a temperature of 20 °C, determine the resistance that needs to be set for R3 to null the bridge. The effect of self-heating must be considered in the calculations.
