Physical examination reveals; Temperature – 37.9°C,
Blood pressure - 122/72 mmHg, Pulse – 112 per min., Respiration –
28 per min., bloating abdomen and pain is elicited on palpation.
His skin is cool and moist, and colour is pale. Pain score is 9 on
a 1 – 10 scale.
Ultrasound of the abdomen shows cholelithiasis and
laboratory evaluations interprets increasing of bilirubin, alkaline
phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine
aminotransferase (ALT).
