13) You are dispatched to a residence where a 20 y/o F is having dominal cramps. You AOS to pt lying in bed in the fetal position, Pt tells you she was laying down when she started to get severe cramping. Pt advise you the pain is only in her left lower quadrant, and is a 10/10, nothing is making the pain better. Pt advises she has had slight spotting the past day or two but she's been really stressed. Pt advises she has an IUD 10 there is absolutely no way she can be pregnant". Pe dos report she is seeing someone and they are sexually active. What could be causing this pt's pain and what is your ty? 14) You are dispatched to a farm for a 56 y/o Mpt with severe difficulty breathing You ADS and notice pt has severe drooling, and pt has a productive cough with a frothy sputum. Pt's HR is very decreased, his skin is sweaty. Pt reports blurred vision and a headache. Pt's wife advises she called you because she thinks her husband may have been around to many chemicals this morning. Upon further assessment you note pt is exhibiting all symptoms of SLUDGE. What may this pt be suffering from and how would you treat this pt? 15) You are dispatched for a 46 y/o Fpt with an uncontrolled nose bleed. You AOS to pt saturating through a washcloth. Pt is very obese and you note a newly lit cigarette still smoking in an ash tray next to the pt. You are able to aid pt is slowing the nose bleed but it does not completely stop. Pt reports they had no trauma to their face or nose. Pt's vitals are: BP 320/180 P 120 R 18 not labored. What is most likely causing this pt's nose to bleed and what is your tx?
