Part 1: Wolfie Latin (10 points) Wolfie Latin is a variant of the child's language known as Pig Latin. The rules for translating a word into Wolfie Latin are given in the table below. Starts With Ends With Transformation Append tee to the word Vowel Vowel Vowel Consonant Append olee to the word Consonant Vowel Move the first letter to the end of the word and then append ee Consonant Consonant Move the first letter to the end of the word and then append otay Additionally, the first and third letter of Wolfie Latin words are always given in uppercase. All other letters must be lowercase. Complete the function wolfie_latin, which takes a string in the argument word and returns its translation in Wolfie Latin. Note: you do not need to use loops to solve this problem!
