He has trained the administrators to conduct performance feedback on the staff at regular intervals in order to ensure each individual is completing his job with fidelity. What is one piece of advice that Jim might be able to offer the administration about providing this feedback based on the research conducted by Hardesty et al. (2014)? It is not necessary to set a specified performance criterion prior to the implementation of performance feedback and maintenance is still likely to occur. When a policy changes in the hospital, a simple memo can be an easy, effective and cost-efficient means of changing the behavior of the staff.
