How can I prepare 50 ml of suspensions containing 1% ( W/V)
famotidine hydrochloride. When I have 150 mg famotidine
hydrochloride per tablet. The suspension also contains 50% (V/V)
sugar syrup, 0.9% ( W/V ) Xanthan gum and purified
water. PLEASE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS ( How to calculate number
of tablets needed according to the amount to be prepared by writing
a standard equation to be used in any amount needed, without giving
any other information except above information. Also how to
calculate the amounts of substances of suspension to be used
in this experiment and how to to determine the amount of suspension
used with the tablets which being mortared) ALSO PLEASE SHOW THE
METHOD OF PREPARATION.
