9. (a) An ideal gas is at a temperature of 200 K and at a pressure of 120 Pa. Compute the number of molecules in 2.0 cm³ of the gas. [3 marks]

(b) Two moles of an ideal gas expand at constant temperature I of 314 K (isothermal expansion) from initial volume 9 L to a final volume of 20 L. Compute the work done by the gas during expansion. [2 marks] (c) Calculate the average translational kinetic energy of monoatomic helium gas at 1600 K. [2 marks]
