V_LOF=77.15m/s R=4053m The climb angle is given, so there is no need to calculate it from equilibrium (if you did you should get 10deg anyway) And we need to check where this leads us in terms of height h_t=61.6m>h_s => gamma_s=4.93deg s=348m
