Assignment #2 Air is first at a pressure of 250 kpa and 300 C, piston mass and diameter are 35 kg and 0.1 m respectively and initially pushes against stops. The outside atmosphere is at 30 Cº and 100 kpa. The cylinder is cooled to ambient temperature as heat is transferred to the surroundings. Find: 1- The temperature when the piston start moving down is 2- The pressure of the air when the temperature reaches ambient 3- The distance that the piston dropped when the temperature reaches ambient 4- The work done during this process 5- The heat transfer removed from the air in this process 6- Draw the P-V diagram for the whole process Air 25 cm
