Use the root locus plot to find a gain value (K) that limits the over- shoot of the step response to just under 10%. 3. Find the other step parameters (settling time, rise time, peak time, steady state error) when the overshoot is 10%. 4. Give a range of gain values that make this system unstable. Prove this instability for one of these values using the closed loop transfer function you calculated in subquestion 4 of exercise 8.2. =
