You need to write a program for sorting parcels by its current temperature on a conveyor belt for quality control. The aim of the project is to apply what you have learnt to an applied problem in the industrial working situation. Design a Proteus Circuit Diagram by using (PIC16F877A or PIC18F4525). Write a program code (with comments) in MPLAB IDE - XC8 Compiler. Run the simulation using proteus. Minimum Component Used (You may add more): Items Component Quantity 1 Temperature Sensor 1 2 1 DC Motor (For conveyor) 3 Proximity Sensor 4 3 Light Emitting Diode Linear Actuator 5 3 Working Operation in Step. 1) Parcel is driven by conveyor system. 2) Parcel will stop and temperature sensor reading of the parcel is taken. 3) Then, the conveyer will run again. 4) During conveyer running and based on the temperature data taken, the parcel will be sorted by a linear actuator. 5) If temperature is less and equal (<-20) degree Celsius, then Parcel will move to Station A by linear actuator and LED RED will be ON for 2 sec. If temperature is between (21<t<50) degree Celsius, then Parcel will move to Station B by linear actuator and LED YELLOW will be ON for 2 sec. If temperature is more than (>50) degrees Celsius, then Parcel will move to Station C by linear actuator and LED GREEN will be ON for 2 sec. 6) The proximity sensor will be used to detect the parcel and inform linear actuator to move the parcel to their stations A, B, C. (Based on point 5). 7) Continue with 2nd parcel and so on. 4
