Use Simulink, you can set the symbol rate as 1 MHz. a) Implement an 16PSK system and show the constellation diagram on the received symbols under = 4 dB and = 15 dB respectively. Observe the theoretical and simulated bit error rate (BER) and comment on your results. No b) Vary and plot the simulated BER and theoretical BER of QPSK, 8PSK and 16PSK on top of each other with easy to follow, distinguishable line colors, markers and legends. For the parameters considered in this question, what can you say about the transmission bandwidth in each modulation? What is the data rate at each modulation?
