As you know, the past two+ years have been a time like none
other. COVID-19 has been and continues to be a disrupter. Many of
us have been impacted personally and professionally. Would you
please share how you have been impacted professionally? Do you
think leadership or the HR team, at your organization, were
prepared when changes needed to be made? Why or why not? How has
training and development changed, if at all? If you knew then what
you know now, what advice would you give to leaders at your
organization? If you would like to share how you were impacted
personally, please do not hesitate to do this. On a personal note,
you should all be proud of your commitment to the learning
experience. It is not easy balancing work/life/school. Now you are
trying to balance work/life/school/COVID. Many of you did not
consider that a room in your home would be your new office or your
child's classroom and you would be trying to help your child
understand ways to solve math problems and more.
