Peter Aspen’s employment was terminated due to injury on 5 June
2020. Two medical practitioners signed off that his injury would
prevent him from ever being employed in any capacity.
Peter received an ETP of $80,000. His employment commenced on 1
July 2011, and his last retirement date was to have been on 9
October 2022. Please note: He has no long service leave entitlement
owed.
