Questions about quickbooks, please help me! I need help
desperately!
You want to calculate the depreciation and then record the
depreciation on a piece of equipment using the straight-line
depreciation method. Knowing that a depreciation entry doesn’t
impact any of your bank accounts directly, which QuickBooks
window(s) do you use to enter this information?
A Chart of Accounts
B Expense
C Account
D Journal Entry
A sole proprietor uses a business check to pay for a personal
expense. To record this check in the company’s books, she opens a
page for that check number and enters the information for the
payee, checking account, payment date, check number, description,
and dollar amount. What should she choose for the Category
field?
A Expense
B Loan Payment
C Owner’s Draws (Equity)
D Salary
You’ve decided to clean up your company’s Products and Services
list by creating product categories and then assigning products
accordingly. How would you create new product categories?
A In the Account and Settings window, click
the Sales tab and in the Products and
Services section, turn on Track inventory.
B In the Products and Services list, click
the More button, and
choose Manage Categories.
C In the Products and Services list, click
the New button, and
choose Non-inventory.
D In the Products and Services list, click on any product
or service item and drag to another item to create a category.
