Choose an information system that you think isn’t working as
well as it should. For example, it could be a system at work, or
one at the University of Memphis. Analyze the system’s “as-is”
features. Describe the good and bad features of the current system.
Then offer an outline of a “to-be” system. Describe how the
proposed features of the “to- be” system will benefit the
organization and its relevant stakeholders (manager, user,
customer, etc.). Make sure that you include the value added to the
business related to the development of a “to-be” system.
