Solve the following questions related to the beam as shown in Figure 2 below. Assume support at A is roller and B is pin. End C is free. Use P₁ (kN) = sum of the last two digits of your student ID, P₂ (kN) = 2P₁. For example: If your student ID is 212345678, then P₁ = 7 + 8 = 15 kN, and P₂ = 2* 15 = 30 kN. i) Draw influence line diagram for shear force just to the right of support B. (3) ii) Draw influence line diagram for bending moment at D. (5) iii) If a vehicle as shown above travels from right to left of the beam, calculate the maximum positive and maximum negative bending moment at D due to this moving vehicle. (6)
