the bread from the manufacturing unit is normally distributed with
an average of 4 hours and a standard deviation of (30 + K) minutes.
Show your work for the following questions.
a. What is the process capability ratio of delivery process if
the truck leaves the bakery exactly at 2 am?
b. What is the process capability ratio of the delivery process
if the truck leaves at 2:15 am?
c. What process parameters do you suggest to attain a six-sigma
quality in the delivery process?
d. If the grocery store owner charges a late fee of £1 for every
minute of late delivery, i.e., later than 6:30 am, what are the
