hits, the landscape and way of doing business has changed requiring
your institution to adapt, adjust, and resilient. As the future
leaders for the institution, the owners and board of directors
entrusted you to propose a “new way” of doing things. Despite your
excellent performance, you have seen numbers of things that
requiring a revisit. Covid19 has been seen as a bad things now can
