Assessment Objectives This Debate 2 require students to identify a suitable case study regarding performance management and write a critique review of the selected case study Students should work in a team to critique the given case study with the aim to determine the relationships between performance management, management control and risk management Assessment Description The Assessment carries 10% of your coursework marks. You are required to work in a group of 3 to 4 members. Your group will prepare a PowerPoint presentation each student is required to present his/her Debate. To complete the Debate, your group should find a case study which describe the gaps in IT Strategies and Develop a new IT Strategy to cover these gaps, using any IT Governance Framework. For example, if gaps are related to security IT assets, then 150 27001 framework is suitable to cover these gaps. Critique an existing IT strategy considering fair information practices, privacy policies, and government information privacy regulations for strategie values. (15 marks) Build an IT strategic plan for effective implementation of IT Governance in an organization (15 marks)
