Unlike past crises where leaders could make reasonable judgements based on economics and market behaviours, the coronavirus presents an entirely different type of risk. Hundreds of thousands of working adults' lives have been disrupted. The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learner's ability to discuss how leadership approaches impact an organisation and provide recommendations for future improvements in strategic leadership in the selected organisation. REQUIREMENT Select any ONE organisation that you are familiar with. Discuss three types of leadership approaches by providing relevant examples from the chosen organisation.
