Four high school students found instructions for making a
bomb on a website. They built the bomb and set it off in the
hallway of their school. One of the students, an 18-year-old, said
they had no idea how powerful the bomb would be and they had no
intention of hurting anyone. He commented, “These are really
dangerous sites. . . . I’m not a troublemaker or anything. I’m just
