Write a MIPS assembly language program that counts the number of
times hexadecimal digit "C" is used to represent the 32-bit value
loaded into register $a0. The result should then be written into
register $v0.
For example:
If the hexadecimal representation of the 32-bit value stored in
$a0 is 0x1C2C3C4C,
then the number of times hexadecimal digit "C" is used to
represent the value in $a0 is 4, and the result written into $v0
should be 0x00000004.
